Previously, all the lighting products of SPARK has passed the tests and authentications of the municipal, provincial and national authorities and obtained various international certificates, such as CCC, CQC, UL, PSE, SABS, ETL, PSE and so on. Those products have been taken into the government procurement catalog as one part of National Torch Plan and a national typical LED lighting project by the municipal, provincial and national Finance Department, Propaganda Department and Education Department. As we know, VDE authentication is the symbol of safety and quality, applied in the led flood light The lighting products of SPARK have been sold in more then 150 countries, which means the lighting products of SPARK have gained the recognition of top-rank safety mechanisms worldwide, already reaching at international advanced level.
VDE(Verband Detacher Elektrotechnikere),that is, Prufstelle Testing and Certification Institute, is know for its rigor in the global market. VDE is publicly recognized in the area of International Electro technical Commission (IEC) and the reliability of products with VDE mark are accepted by the vast consumers. Therefore, VDE mark is a special passport for products sold in Europe especially the developed countries of Western Europe (particularly for the LED products).Administrative Law Judge Theodore R. Essex made an initial decision in favor of Litepanels. He ruled to prevent abuse of Litepanels patents it was necessary to ban other companies from using LED lights in equipment designed for photo, video or film production use. He recommended a general exclusion order against the other companies.
The tube lights of SPARK passed the VDE authentication this time include T8-0.6、T8-0.9、T8-1.2、T8-1.5. The LED tube light of SPARK is a new type environment-friendly products, is able to work in a environment of low voltage and low temperature, safe and reliable, whose light resource has high ratio of illumination and high color rendering index(CRI). Comparing to the traditional tube light, even with a same size, the led high bay light can save more energy, be more environment-friendly and have longer lifespan. The normal lifespan of LED tube light can be more than 50 thousand hours. LED tube light, with high temperature and cold weather resistance, can be widely applied for lighting of housing, office, commerce, school, hospital, factory and etc, the CRI of which can be divided into warm white, pure white and cool white.

the judges for good lighting distribution
The UK will have become a net importer of energy by 2015, the imperative to reduce consumption and take the burden off our straining power sector is clear. Turning lights off at night is a very easy place to start. There doesn’t seem to be any movement from our government towards regulating this, but as businesses stand to make considerable energy and cost savings by taking control of their lights, perhaps the impetus should come from there. In addition to superior crystal quality, the native substrate’s optical transparency and high electrical and thermal conductivity enable a very robust, simple LED design that delivers maximum performance. Another advantage of the led flood light approach is that it enables considerable flexibility in the choice of crystal growth plane.
After GE's first Evolve LED Medium Cobrahead (ERMC) won Best-in-Class in the 2009 NGL competition, GE asked its top engineers to make it even better-and they did. The Evolve LED Scalable Cobrahead fixture, introduced in 2012, offers increased light output and more pavement distribution patterns to suit a wider range of roadway classifications, while using up to 25 percent fewer watts than traditional Cobrahead fixtures.Judges applauded the light distribution, color quality, and light output of the Evolve LED Scalable Cobrahead ER2S fixture. Comments included: "wide distribution," "good backlight control" and "like control." GE's Evolve LED Scalable Cobrahead ERS4 and ERS4 with reverse module fixtures also were acknowledged by the judges for good lighting distribution, low glare, and high light output.
This year's NGL competition included 120 products representing 42 different manufacturers and covering 10 different outdoor-lighting categories. Of these, only 37 were chosen as "recognized winners," meaning that they were considered worthy of specification.Of the led high bay light recognized products, four-including GE's Evolve LED Scalable Cobrahead fixture-received the additional designation of Best-in-Class. Entries were reviewed for color, appropriate illuminance, light distribution, glare control, appearance, serviceability, value, and energy efficiency. Power quality and lumen maintenance also were evaluated, and flexibility, innovation, and controllability were taken into consideration.

This capability simplifies the design process for bulb manufacturers
The solutions easily match the efficiency of comparative two-stage
architectures, but with up to 25 percent fewer components. With broad dimmer
compatibility and a compact size, Ikon Semiconductor’s IC offers a better fit
for LED bulb retrofits than larger, more complex solutions currently
available.Commenting on the new technology, Conor McAuliffe, Ikon
Semiconductor’s CEO said, “Today, lighting accounts for nearly 20 percent of the led flood light electricity consumption. Largely driven by global legislation,
inefficient legacy bulbs are steadily being replaced by energy-efficient
lighting sources. LED lighting is the dominant replacement technology. Retrofit
momentum is high, which presents a substantial market opportunity for Ikon
Semiconductor. Added to this, our advanced dim-detect engine enables broad
dimmer compatibility – an essential feature in a market saturated with disparate
dimmer products. Our digital solutions represent a significant breakthrough for
the solid-state lighting market.”
A key advantage of the Ikon Semiconductor solution is that it eliminates the need for opto-couplers and electrolytic capacitors – standard components that add complexity to the module and can hinder reliability. This is made possible by the proprietary digital control algorithms in Ikon Semiconductor’s single-stage design. Moreover, the solution allows OEMs to decide the optimum trade-off between the amount of PFC (power factor correction) they need and the amount of ripple the design can tolerate. This capability simplifies the design process for bulb manufacturers, and relieves a further cost burden.
In a sector dominated by companies that produce AC-DC controller ICs for diverse applications in many markets, Ireland-based Ikon Semiconductor stands out for its singular focus on digital controllers for led high bay light applications. Staffed by semiconductor industry veterans, the company’s technology debut is the first event on its roadmap toward producing ICs for the global SSL market. It is this expertise and focus that attracted venture capital investment to the three-year-old company. According to one investor, Orla Rimmington, operations director of Kernel Capital, "The Ikon Semiconductor solution is simpler, smaller and less costly than the competition, while simultaneously helping our environment by reducing the power consumed through replacing old-style lighting."
